First Galaxy Observed

Separated from our Milky Way, the first record that we have of an alternate world being perceived was the distance in 964 AD. The perception was made by Persian stargazer Abd-al-Rahman Al Sufi, who had recognized our closest neighbor, Andromeda, calling it a "little cloud." He had no clue what it was, on the grounds that it was just about 1,000 prior years Edwin Hubble affirmed the presence of worlds as we know them.in 1924, Hubble prepared his telescope on Andromeda and could utilize estimations of the brilliance of stars to evaluate that it was 860,000 light-years away, far past the edge of the Milky Way. Up until that point some accepted that the Milky Way may really be the degree of the universe.
